Katlin Gage

As Director of Sales for Kara Vita Canada, I have a passion for skincare, and believe the true beauty of this industry resides in inner and outer diversity, relationships, and openness to change.  I am a graduate of Bishop’s University and hold a degree in International Business and Marketing. My vision for Kara Vita’s growth is to achieve nation-wide brand awareness for these exceptional products, and to address the skincare needs of Canadians; while offering a successful and enjoyable business opportunity to women of all ages!

When I’m not in the office, you can find me playing on either my soccer or volleyball team, or running outside along Calgary’s Bow Trail. I truly believe in creating a life where you love what you do, and know you are a better person when you take the time to better the lives of others!

Christina McKenzie

I’m Finance and Operations Manager here at Kara Vita and I’m excited to be adding my musings to the Kara Vita blog. I graduated, with distinction, from The University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting. Although I am an accounting major by training, my true passion lies in the operations and growth of Kara Vita. By gaining a thorough understanding of every aspect of the business- from Operations and Inventory Management, to Marketing Strategy and Branding, I have the ability to watch the business grow every day. The best part of my job is hearing the amazing feedback from our Consultants and Customers and knowing that Kara Vita has made a real difference in their lives.

In my spare time, I love to be outside, either taking my three-legged, cancer-survivor, dog Lucas, for a walk, or playing on my beach volleyball and softball teams. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and though I don’t have time to teach, I practice yoga as often as I can. I place a lot of value on personal health and well-being and this makes my career with Kara Vita a perfect fit for me.

I was the first member of the Kara Vita Team, and am excited to watch the business, and our Kara Vita team, continue to grow into a successful, nation-wide company in the years to come!

Timothy Froese

I am a Business Student currently attending Mt. Royal University. Through my studies I have discovered a newfound passion for my major, marketing. I find Social Media fascinating, and am lucky to have found a business that is so willing to work with me and teach me. As a marketing intern at Kara Vita, I am exposed to an incredible amount of information and useful tips that I am able to use in my understanding of school, while also immediately applying what I learn in school to help me excel at Kara Vita!

Being the middle child of 5 children, I was raised to be part of a team. So whether it is camping, playing on my beach volleyball team, or just enjoying the outdoors, I love to be around people. Working or in school, I try to find a way to be involved with the people around me. Assisting in writing the Kara Vita blog was a great opportunity to not only expand my knowledge base of all the topics we would be discussing, but also virtually involve myself with the Kara Vita community.
